Aquaculture Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative for our Aquafeeds division. This position has a salary range from $38,000 - $40,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Aquafeed Lead, this position will be part of a dynamic environment dedicated to expanding the Aquaculture customer base across North America.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute new lead generation tactical plans and strategic/targeted grass roots marketing initiatives
  • Services existing clients and establishes new accounts through effective planning, consistent follow-up and efficient time organization
  • Provide rapid and accurate information in response to client requests for pricing and shipping information
  • Provides timely resolution to customer concerns
  • Develop excellent working knowledge of our Aquafeed product, ingredients/components and results, with the ability to confidently and competently function as an Aquaculture consultant
  • Develop and grow the Aquaculture brand to ensure corporate and group goals are achieved
  • Fostering, encouraging and promoting self-generated sales behaviours amongst team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for recent, current and future client to facilitate planning

  Qualifications:

  • Completion of a post-secondary program in Aquaculture or Biology
  • Professional having excellent communication skills
  • 1-5 years sales experience
  • Results oriented
  • Proven success in a relevant direct sales position is an essential
  • Able to build and maintain relationships
  • Work independently and as part of a team environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-starter
  • Interest in fish nutrition and aquaculture
  • Knowledge of all Social Media platforms
  • Knowledge of B2B media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM is an asset
  • Experience with Photoshop or similar programming is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a must

Location:  Fredericton, New Brunswick
Mobility:  Willingness and ability to spend weekend or entire week travelling to meet clients or attend trade shows will be required.

Inukshuk Professional Dog Food Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative for our Inukshuk Professional Dog Food product line. This position has a salary range from $38,000 - $42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will work closely with the Inukshuk team and be part of a dynamic environment dedicated to expanding the Inukshuk customer base across North America.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute new lead generation tactical plans and strategic/targeted grass roots marketing initiatives
  • Services existing clients and establishes new accounts through effective planning, consistent follow-up and efficient time organization
  • Provide rapid and accurate information in response to client requests for pricing and shipping information
  • Provides timely resolution to customer concerns
  • Develop excellent working knowledge of Inukshuk product, ingredients/components and results, with the ability to confidently and competently function as a canine nutritional consultant
  • Develop and grow the Inukshuk Professional Dog food brand to ensure corporate and group goals are achieved
  • Fostering, encouraging and promoting self-generated sales behaviours amongst team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for recent, current and future client to facilitate planning

  Qualifications:

  • Completion of a post-secondary program, specializing in business and/or marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Professional having excellent communication skills
  • Results oriented
  • Proven success in a relevant direct sales position is an essential
  • Able to build and maintain relationships
  • Work independently and as part of a team environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-starter
  • Interest in dogs and animal nutrition
  • Fluency in English and French is desirable
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms
  • Experience with SalesForce or a CRM is an asset
